Summer 2025 Group Fitness Schedule  (6/23 - 8/25)

Palm Patio Class Etiquette & Recommendations

Spin classes hold 8 and the Palm Patio holds 12-15.
Spin classes can only be booked up to 48 hours in advance - If you fail to show for a spin class, there will be a $25 charge. All other classes may be booked up to a week in advance.
Our outdoor Palm Patio is the perfect spot to break a sweat with a breeze—but it can get a little sandy or dusty. We recommend
bringing a towel or exercise mat for your comfort during floor work.

To keep the vibe focused and respectful for everyone, we ask that there be no talking or cellphone use during class. Let’s keep the energy high and the distractions low!

For 30 minutes challenge your butt and your abs. Then enjoy 15 minutes of stretching and relaxation.
