Class Descriptions
Spin - This 50 minute cycle class is designed to increase your cardiovascular power and endurance. There's nothing like spinning in the salty air of LBI. A must try!
Pure Strength - A total body workout designed to build muscular strength and endurance with the use of weights, tubing, TRX, step benches, and body weight.
TRX Intervals - This is a combination of TRX, dumbbells and cardio exercises in timed formats for a full body cardio and strength workout .
Pedal & Pump - Want a combo of Spin and Strength Class? You will perform a cardio drill on the bike for 3-4 minutes followed by a slow ride with minimal resistance while using light dumbbells at high reps, for upper body strength.
Bootcamp - This incredible full body workout hits all the targets (glutes, quads, tri's, bi's, you name it!) It'll also get your heart rate up for optimum fat burning.
Rip & Ride - Yet another concept on Spin. This class is 25 minutes of pure upper body and ab combinations. After that, class participants transfer over to the spin area for another 25 minutes of incredible, non-stop spin.
Butts/Guts/Stretch - The name speaks for itself!
16 Minute Legs/Upper Body Ab Combos - This class starts with an intense 16 minute leg workout that consists of multiple squats and lunges. After that, your instructor will take you through a strength session of upper body exercises, combined with abs.
