Palm Patio Class Etiquette & Recommendations
Spin classes hold 8 and the Palm Patio holds 12-15.
Spin classes can only be booked up to 48 hours in advance - If you fail to show for a spin class, there will be a $25 charge. All other classes may be booked up to a week in advance.
Our outdoor Palm Patio is the perfect spot to break a sweat with a breeze—but it can get a little sandy or dusty. We recommend bringing a towel or exercise mat for your comfort during floor work.
To keep the vibe focused and respectful for everyone, we ask that there be no talking or cellphone use during class. Let’s keep the energy high and the distractions low!

Elite Classes.

Whether you're a year-round local or just spending the summer in town, our group training is designed to keep your routine exciting and your energy high. Led by certified instructors who know how to motivate and modify for all levels, every class is a chance to challenge yourself, meet great people, and walk out feeling stronger—physically and mentally. With a mix of formats and community feel, you’ll find the perfect balance of intensity, fun, and beach-town vibes in every session.

Spin
This 45 minute cycle class is designed to increase your cardiovascular power and endurance.

Pilates
This mat-based class class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled movements and mindful movements. It is designed to improve posture, core stability, and overall body control

Butts/Guts Stretch
For 30 minutes challenge and tone your glutes and tighten your core. Then finish with 15 minutes of stretches and relaxation to reset your body.

Strength
A total body workout designed to build muscular strength and endurance with the use of weights, tubing, TRX, step benches and bodyweight. Build lean muscle and boost your metabolism.

Circuit Training
This full body workout hits all the targets. It also gets your heart rate up for optimal fat burning. All exercises are timed as you move through stations of strength, cardio, and core.
