Spin - This 50 minute cycle class is designed to increase your cardiovascular power and endurance. There's nothing like spinning in the salty air of LBI. A must try!
Pure Strength - A total body workout designed to build muscular strength and endurance with the use of weights, tubing, TRX, step benches, and body weight.
