Sign Up Policy
There is a 48 hour sign up period for our classes. You cannot sign up for classes any earlier.
*Patio Classes are a "preferred" sign up, but walk-ins are welcome.
If you FAIL TO SHOW to a Spin Class, you will be charged an additional $20.00

Non-Members can join
You may sign up for classes even if you are not a member of the gym.
At the time of the sign up, you must pay for the class ahead of time.

Bring a Towel
We suggest you bring a towel to wipe down, but also a beach towel that can get dirty.
Our Palm Patio is shaded in, but it doesn't block out the dirt and sand that gets on our mats.
Having a beach towel down is the best way to make sure you stay clean!
Class Descriptions
Spin
This 50 minute cycle class is designed to increase your cardiovascular power and endurance. There's nothing like Spinning on LBI; a must try.
Pure Strength
A total body workout designed to build muscular strength and endurance with the use of weights, tubing, TRX, step benches and body weight.
TRX Intervals
This is a combination of TRX. dumbbells and cardio exercises timed formats for a full body cardio and strength workout.
Pedal & Pump
Want a combo Spin and Strength class? You will perform a cardio drill on the bike for 3-4 minutes followed by a slow ride with minimal resistance while using light dumbbells, at high reps, for upper body strength.
Bootcamp
All the "toys" come out for this class. This incredible full body workout hits all the targets- glutes, quads, tri's, bi's, you name it. It'll also get your heart rate up for optimum fat burning.
Basic Step
Ellen's gonna kick it "old school" in this class. Let's face it... who doesn't LOVE a traditional step class. The Step portion will be 30+ minutes, followed by abdominals and a nice stretch. This can't miss is perfect for all age levels.
Circuit Training
This class follows the same premise as Bootcamp. All exercises are timed as you move around The Patio from TRX, to cardio to strength. Always a fave among the members.
